OGM Series

  • User-friendly MDI or CNC controls available. Plain and universal (swiveling grinding wheel) available.
  • MDI Models allow up to THREE OD's to be quickly programmed and ground within the same cycle.
  • Powerful yet simple teach functions simplify operation, boost output.
  • Dress interrupt function allows for "dress-on-demand" with dress compensation during all grind cycles.
  • Auto wheel-wear compensation, auto dressing compensation, auto rapid wheelhead rapid advance / retract.
  • CNC version has complete conversational & G-code programming. Dressing patterns are in memory, just choose the desired wheel shape and input the dimensions.
  • Shift-plunge grind cycle standard on all OGM-series machines.   Control cleverly plunges off all rough grind stock, and then traverses the finish grind stock for fastest cycle possible.
